 I wanted to write you a quick email to let you know that during our acceptance walk with CDOT our CDOT representative called out the concrete being the best part of the C470 Trail Project.  I must agree. Not only did your crew do great work, but it was also awesome working with an owner that is so appropriately involved. Your commitment to quality work, open and productive communication, and jobsite safety were greatly appreciated. I will keep this short but wanted to pass along CDOT’s kind words.  Lucero Concrete Company does excellent work, and I am looking forward to teaming up with you and your crew again.

It's rare that a subcontractor has performed so well and been such a positive influence throughout a project where I felt compelled to take the time to express my highest felt appreciation for their efforts to upper KCI management, estimating and ownership.

Lucero Concrete went above and beyond for us on the CU Site Lot 548 project this past summer of 2025! From the quality of your work, keeping us on schedule after multiple delays, your timely and professional communications to address "urgent" items, all the while addressing multiple issues with professionalism and a great "team" attitude. Jeromy and his entire team, field and office/admin have been a pleasure to work with! They truly reduced the stress load for Andy and me in a current industry climate where this is rare.
