Avion Park
The Avion Park project is a new 10-acre city park being developed within the Avion community in northeast Denver, in partnership with the City of Denver and the Denver Connection West Metropolitan District. Currently in the construction phase, the project includes major site improvements such as grading, erosion control, utility installation, and new playground features.

Bear Creek
The Bear Creek Park improvement plan includes a new picnic area located near the park’s northern entry. The project adds a large shelter, picnic tables, benches, grills, and ADA-accessible walkways.
